Infrared Sauna vs Exercise - Combine both for better results

Mark was looking to drop a few kilos. He had indulged over the festive season and never really been into exercise. After a recommendation from a friend, he researched infrared saunas on the internet and discovered a study showing the ability to burn calories during a session1.

Hydration is important

Infrared saunas are an enjoyable, relaxing experience. If that is not the case for you then you are overdoing it and not getting all the benefits of true infrared.
