Return & Cancellation Policy

mPulse, Signature, Amplify, and Community Saunas (Closeout Models Excluded)

Buyer may cancel and return the Goods to Seller, subject to the terms and conditions of this policy if Buyer provides written notice to Seller via email or mail at 359 Clarendon Street South Melbourne VIC 3025 Australia Attention Customer Service, within thirty (30) days of Buyer’s receipt of the Goods that Buyer does not accept the Goods.

Buyer shall assume all risk of loss associated with the return as well as merchant, shipping, handling, restocking, and other fees, costs and expenses as described in this policy and in connection therewith. Seller reserves the right to refuse to refund any deposit or payment or cancel any payment due and owing until such time as Seller (a) is in receipt of the Goods; (b) has inspected the Goods; and, (c) in Seller’s discretion, has found such Goods to be free of damage. ALL RETURNED GOODS MUST BE IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING. In addition to other legal and equitable remedies available to Seller, Seller may refuse to refund all or any portion of any deposit or payment or cancel any payment due and owing if the Buyer fails to fully comply with or violates the terms and conditions of this policy.

Shipping, Handling, Restocking, Processing Fees, Costs and Expenses
All canceled or returned Goods shall be subject to: 

(a) 3% administration fees 

(b) storage fees and costs associated with re-routing the Goods; 

(c) a handling and restocking fee in the amount of $499 AUD for each Signature, mPulse, or Amplify sauna.

(d) all shipping costs to and from the Seller (collectively, the “Costs and Fees”); and, (e) Seller providing Buyer with a Return Merchandise Authorization (“”RMA”) number. Buyer’s failure to obtain the RMA number shall result in Seller not accepting any shipment and Buyer paying all Costs and Fees. 

All such Costs and Fees as determined by Seller shall be paid by Buyer to Seller upon demand by Seller. At Seller’s option, Seller may recoup and/or offset any Costs and Fees from any deposits or payments made by Buyer to Seller.

Solo System (Closeout Models Excluded)

Buyer may cancel and return the Goods to Seller, subject to the terms and conditions of this policy if Buyer provides written notice to Seller within thirty (30) days of Buyer’s receipt of the Goods that Buyer does not accept the Goods.

(d) all shipping costs to and from the Seller (collectively, the “Costs and Fees”); and, (e) Seller providing Buyer with a Return Merchandise Authorization (“”RMA”) number. Buyer’s failure to obtain the RMA number shall result in Seller not accepting any shipment and Buyer paying all Costs and Fees. 

All such Costs and Fees as determined by Seller shall be paid by Buyer to Seller upon demand by Seller. At Seller’s option, Seller may recoup and/or offset any Costs and Fees from any deposits or payments made by Buyer to Seller.

Accessories

Shipping, Handling, Restocking, Processing Fees, Costs and Expenses
All canceled or returned Goods shall be subject to: 

(a) 3% administration fees 

(b) storage fees and costs associated with re-routing the Goods; 

(c) a handling and restocking fee in the amount of $25 AUD for SO Sound kit 

(d) all shipping costs to and from the Seller (collectively, the “Costs and Fees”); and, (e) Seller providing Buyer with a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) number. Buyer’s failure to obtain the RMA number shall result in Seller not accepting any shipment and Buyer paying all Costs and Fees. 

All such Costs and Fees as determined by Seller shall be paid by Buyer to Seller upon demand by Seller. At Seller’s option, Seller may recoup and/or offset any Costs and Fees from any deposits or payments made by Buyer to Seller.

Insufficient Cheques or Credit Card Transactions
Any insufficient cheques or credit card transactions will be charged a $25 fee and the model will go back into inventory.
