Welcome to the joy of having an infrared sauna for your home or business. We are so happy you've chosen Sunlighten to help you on your next step toward feeling better, doing more and living fully. Now the anticipation begins! Read on to learn more about the multi-step process involved in delivering your Sunlighten. Your estimated ship date will vary based on the model you purchased.

Getting Ready

We have received your order and preparing to ship your sauna.  Once your sauna has left our warehouse, you will receive an email confirmation from Sunlighten including an estimated delivery window, and the Sunlighten User Manuals.  

The day before your delivery, you will also receive a call or text from our shipping carrier to confirm an attendance time.  If you have questions regarding your delivery, please don’t hesitate to call our Customer Service team on 1800 786 544 Opt 3 or customerservice@sunlighten.com.au  

Please note, if you have not already purchased our installation service and wish to do so, this must be arranged with your Sales Representative prior to your delivery date.

We've Got Movement

Please follow your Sunlighten email confirmation titled 'Delivery / or Assembly Update' for an approximated delivery window to your location.

It is vital to ‘triple-check’ your space measurements, and ensure the electrical requirements are in place prior to delivery.  If required, install a dedicated circuit with appropriate power specifications.  

We recommend you review the Product Specifications to ensure you are ready to set up your sauna. 

In addition, check the dimensions of the largest sauna panel to be sure it will fit through the pathway to its final location.

Sunlighten Always Delivers

Sunlighten shipping carriers deliver to the first, dry flat space from the road such as a garage/carport or undercover storage location.  If there are stairs or obstacles from the road to your delivery location, please make our Sunlighten Logistics team and our shipping carrier aware via phone or email prior to delivery.

Delivery companies have strict rules for delivery. Any additional information will help to ensure the seamless arrival of your sauna and a great experience for all.

Please note, that your sauna will be carefully packaged in multiple Flat Packs and, depending on the sauna model chosen, may require the equivalent of a car space on delivery day. 

Please be prepared with at least two people (or more for larger units) to unpack all the panels out of the flat packs, if you do not have a safe, dry storage location.

Sunlighten Always Delivers

Before throwing away any packaging, ensure you have removed ALL parts. 

There will be a small box containing hardware pieces nestled within the larger pieces. 

Please make sure to check that all items are in your Flat Pack boxes by checking this off your Assembly Guide, emailed to you from the Sunlighten Customer Service team.

Let's Get Set Up!

Shipping Damage Procedure

In the event a box is damaged during delivery, it is important to follow these three steps so we can quickly resolve the situation. 

1. Take possession of damaged cartons. Most damage tends to be the packaging and not the actual sauna unit. 

2. Note damage on the Proof of Delivery and contact Sunlighten immediately

3. To report the damage, contact Sunlighten on 1800 786 544 Opt 4 or email service@sunlighten.com.au
